Il Bed and Breakfast e' collocato all'ingresso di Piazza dei Miracoli, ha davanti l'Orto Botanico con la sua vegetazione e permette per la sua posizione agli ospiti che ne usufruiscono per lunghi periodi suggestive e indimenticabili notti (periodo pisano Maggio,Giugno,Luglio), per questo e' diventato un punto di riferimento per una vasta clientela che utilizza tutte le attivita' esistenti: universita', turismo e cure vista la vicinanza dagli ospedali S.Chiara e Cisanello. Il quartiere di Via Santa Maria e' ben servito e facilmente raggiungibile dall'aereoporto G.Galilei e dalle uscite autostradali a11 e a12, e' in una zona Pedonale (a breve) transitabile dai clienti comunicando la targa dell'auto alla reception e dispone di parcheggi sicuri vista la vicinanza alla Torre pendente. Il Bed and Breakfast si compone di 34 posti letto con camere suite 4 posti; triple, doppie,matrimoniali,singole: ogni camera ha un proprio stile di arredamento,illuminazione,decorazione e affreschi. Le camere hanno bagno con doccia,tv color satellitare,minibar,e in alcune e' disponibile l'aria condizionata. Il Bed and Breakfast dispone di una sala colazione costruita su un vecchio mulino, rustico,dove ogni giorno i clienti possono fare una buona colazione. Gli ospiti avranno dalla sig. angela consigli dove poter mangiare bene risparmiando. Il panorama di Pisa dispone di molti ristoranti da noi selezionati.

Bed and Breakfast is situated on the entrance of Piazza Dei Miracoli, has the Botanic Garden opposite with its vegetation ant its position allows its guests who benefit for long periods of suggestive and unforgettable nights (Pisa period May,June,July), for this reason it has become a reference point for the large clientele who uses all their current activities:University,Tourism and Cures considering the closeness to the hospital of S.Chiara and of Cisanello. The area of Via Santa Maria is well served and easily reachable from Galilei airport and from the motorway exits is in a pedestrian area practicable by the customers who communicate the number of their plate to the reception and it has sure parking areas considering the proximity to the Leaning Tower where the customers can park their car with a ticket. Bed and Breakfast is composed of 34 beds with rooms with 4 beds, three beds, two beds, double and single.Each room has its own style furniture,lighting,decoration and fresco.The rooms are equipped with a bathroom with shower, satellite tv colour, mini bar and in some air conditioner (10) is available. Bed and Breakfast has a breakfast room built on an old country mill, where every day the customers can have a good breakfast. Pour cette raison le Bed et Breakfast est devenu un point de repère pour une vaste clientèle qui utilise toutes les activités offertes: université, tourisme et cures (compte tenu du voisinage des hòpitaux de Santa Chiara et Cisanello. Le quartier de Via Santa Maria est bien servi et peut-facilement étre rejoint de l'aéroport G:Galilei ainsi que des sorties de l'autoroute A11; il se trouve dans une aréa pour les piétons(d'ici peu) et peut étre traversé en voiture par les clients qui devront communiquer à la réception le numero des plaques d'immatriculation; le quartier dispose en plus de nombreux parkings guarantis car il se trouve près de la Tour (torre pendente) et où les clients peuvent arreter leur voiture s'ils sont munis de ticket. Le Bed et Breakfast comprend des chambres suite quadruples, triples, doubles,matrimonales et simples pour un total de 34 places-lit; chaque chambre a son propre style d'intérieur, d'illumination, de décoration et de fresques. Toutes les chambres ont la salle d'eau avec douche, tv couleur satellite, minibar et quelquesunes disposent de climatisation. Le Bed et Breakfast dispose d'une salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner, costruite sur un vieus moulin rustique, où les hòtes peuvent avoir tous les jours un bon petit déjeuner. Les hòtes peuvent s'adresser à M.me Angela pour se faire conseiller où pouvoir bien manger à des prix convenables. Le panorama de Pise comprend de nombreux restaurants que nous avons personnellement sélectionnés.

Wir sind ein fester Bezugspunkt für Gäste, die die touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, aber auch die benachbarte Universität oder die nahe gelegenen Kliniken von S. Chiara und Cisanello besuchen wollen. Das Stadtviertel der Via S. Maria ist leicht vom Flughafen G. Galilei oder bei Anfahrt mit dem Auto von den Autobahnabfahrten her zu erreichen. In Kürze wird es in eine Fußgängerzone umgewandelt, doch bleibt die Anfahrt für Gäste gewährleistet. Auch sichere Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Schiefen Turms stehen zur Verfügung. Bed e Breakfast verfügt über 34 Betten. Buchbar sind Einzelzimmer, Doppelzimmer, Zimmer mit drei Betten und mit 4 Betten. Jedes Zimmer ist auf individuelle Weise eingerichtet, ausgeleuchtet und dekoriert und mit Fresken geschmückt. Jedes Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Bad oder Dusche, Farb-TV mit Satellitenempfang und Minibar; einige verfügen auch über Klimaanlage. Bed e Breakfast bietet seinen Gästen einen Speiseraum, dessen Architektur auf eine antike Mühle zurückgeht. Hier können sie jeden Morgen ein gutes Frühstück zu sich nehmen. Die Padrona, Signora Angela, hat für ihre Gäste auch viele Empfehlungen bereit, wo man in Pisa gut und preiswert essen kann.
